Good product as advertised... good price and quick delivery

This company does not and will not stand behind their product's warranty. Two parts were missing on a chair I purchased from a vendor who carries Vevor items. Vevor asked for a receipt and photos, both were provided. Approx. 15 emails later, Vevor stated that since I didn't buy the chair from one of their authorized vendors, the warranty does not apply. Prior to going the warranty route, I offered to buy the missing pieces; Vevor responded, we do not have a store to purchase items of that nature.

This is the second wire stripping machine I have bought in both of them. I've had a broken handle on them.

I purchased a Vevor 1500# motorcycle lift/jack. It arrived in perfect condition and very quickly. The box was in near perfect condition and there were no missing parts. I may have spent 10 minutes total to completely assemble. What a great design and plenty of safety features. I recently purchased a HD Sportster and this is a definite must. It's even orange and black, HD colors! Purchase here with confidence!

I ordered a dump cart from Vevor and it arrived the next day, that was super fast delivery and when put together I was extremely pleased with the cart. I would give them a 10 out of 10 on customer service

Requested refund, asked them for help. No phone help, live agents just say 1-3 dasy we will get back so they are cheap $#*!s who say have customer servi e but don't./ Rather buy at local store... I want my refund! I asked so many times have proof... $#*!kk, k

Bought a air scrubber for in my basement a few months ago and has been working great ever since.

Saw video on facebook and had ordered several products from VEVOR in the past. Ordered product for log removal from creek. Arrived on time and works great... as advertised.

Don't buy Vevor chainsaw sharpener or any other Vevor product. We bought one brand new and it doesn't even turn on. I have been contacting them for a couple of weeks now and still haven't been helped. We even just wanted to buy a new part that my husband did electrical testing on it and knew it was bad and they wouldn't even sell us that part. After a 2 week they completely stopped contacting us. Don't buy anything from this company. You can only contact them through email or chat, no phone number available. Don't buy any of their products because if you have problems, their customer service is nonexistent and you are on your own. It's a complete run around till you get sick of emailing them or they get sick of you. At the beginning they act like you are the most important person in town but after 2 weeks they don't even know your name. Spend the extra money and buy quality not their junk. We ended up throwing it in the garbage. Spent a little more and get quality.

Received jack the very next day, jack worked perfectly, great value, always have had great experience with Vevor.

Every time I pulled around the handle comes off the design is terrible. I'm gonna have to modify it to get it to work right wouldn't buy it again junk.

Box looked ok. Main bar across front was twisted and bent badly. I used a pipe wrench to straighten it. Seems to be ok. Instructions were really bad, but u figured it out!
