The extension was easy and the ladder was solid while I was cleaning gutters. However, retracting the ladder was extremely difficult

I have two retractable hose units around my house, chainsaw for small tree jobs, and recently just received a 4 gallon sprayer. All these products are excellent for completing my lawn and yard jobs. Great quality and durable pieces to use for your home. Oh, I also have a lawn edger that gives my yard a straight edge and looks sharp in the neighborhood.

Product showed up missing all the hardware needed to assemble. Returning needs approval, Still waiting on 3rd day now for resolution. Need this ASAP for a project and still no word. Other retailers have instant results

Not realizing this was a vendor of all assorted junk I purchased a septic tank pump. It malfunctioned 1.5 years into a 2 year warranty causing my house to flood 3 times in one day and upwards of $100,000 damage in 5 rooms including floors and walls. I contacted them and the games were on. First, they denied the order, then denied the warranty time limit. I proved the so-called customer service wrong on all counts. The emails, pictures, and other documentation were submitted and what was returned was auto-scripted emails with no resolution. The first clue should've been that they're based in China. Think Temu. Cheap crap.

I am opening a restaurant, and I ordered a locked metal storage cabinet from Vevor. I am planning to use it to store liquor and other supplies. The cabinet came in a couple of days but it is missing a part. The cabinet cannot be assembled without the missing part which helps to support and hold the cabinet together. The part is labeled "G" in section 4 of their assembly instructions. The part has no possible use except as part of their cabinet. I have emailed them and messaged them several times. First, they asked me to send me my order number and photos of the parts I did receive. I complied with their request. Next, they told me the missing part might be attached to a different part, but I checked carefully and it is not. Now they tell me they are "investigating" Actually, they are just giving me a run-a-round. I paid more than $100 for this cabinet but it cannot be assembled. The cabinet is useless without the missing part. I am spending valuable time emailing and messaging back and forth. The missing part is labeled part "G" in their assembly instructions. They are making something simple into something difficult and frustrating. Just send me the missing part.
