I had no problems with this order. The leopard print appealed to me and to personalize it was even better! Shirts are exactly what I ordered. Took over two weeks to get to me, but it is personalized and the fourth was in the middle of that so totally understandable. Would definitely recommend!
Sizing should be included for all items, such as Jewelry and bags/purses. I was left guessing and things arrived much differently than expected. I will keep these items but would have preferred to know how large the earrings were and how small the bag was. Much smaller than described.
I found a great price on this purse thru Jane. I received it promptly within 10 days but it smelled horrible. The smell was so bad I actually but it outside to air out for several days. The smell has dissipated but still is there, unfortunately I love the style and look of the purse so much that I must keep it!

One of my two items ordered did not ship in a timely manner. I contacted Jane customer support via email to help and they were able to loop in the company for the item that had not yet shipped, although a shipping label was created a week prior.
I ordered a blue gauzy shirt. It was exactly as described and pictured. Sizing was accurate. Shirt is very cute.
I was very disappointed to see the flag on the shirt I purchased was a transfer. The image on the site looks like it's strips of fabric. I'll be reading the descriptions from now on. It's going in the giveaway pile.

Well, when I asked about tracking for my shirt the owners called me rude because I asked them what was going on with my order. The shirt is also kind of see through. I wouldn't buy from this company again.
