I placed an order with Vervie on February 21,2025, and have yet to receive a delivery date, tracking number, or any proof that my order is being processed.

🔹 No eBook despite being advertised as a "free gift".
🔹 No confirmed shipping date, even after multiple emails.
🔹 Customer support is vague, ignores key questions, and avoids giving proof of order fulfillment.
🔹 Their responses feel generic and unprofessional—no real resolution offered.

When I asked for proof that my order exists, they ignored my request and instead sent a discount code—which is a major red flag. If they cannot fulfill an existing order, why encourage people to buy more?

I have now reported Vervie to consumer protection agencies and will be pursuing a chargeback through my bank. If you are considering purchasing from them, be cautious—their lack of transparency suggests they may not be a legitimate business.

I will update this review if my order ever arrives, but based on my experience so far, I strongly advise against ordering from Vervie.
