Venstore.co has 2 customer reviews.
I've never ordered anything from VENSTORE.CO, and yet I've been billed and money taken out of my bank account twice. $39.99 has been STOLEN from my account twice. When I contacted "customer support" they hung up on me twice and then would not respond to any of my subsequent calls.
I WILL BE CONTACTING THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION and FBI ELDER FRAUD AND ABUSE.
How do these people get away with this?
They will no longer if I can help it.
The following is truly funny…
Following my appraisal of this "company", I'm asked to provide photos and/or videos, and proof of purchase. I can provide none of these because I NEVER purchased anything from this company (if in fact this is a real company).
If you've been victimized by VENSTORE. CO, please contact the following:

I made a purchase from a company called Feanatic, for a set of corrective pinhole glasses. They were 9.97, with free shipping. While checking out, they asked if I wanted a 9.95 warranty, which I tried to decline, but they charged my card anyway. I didn't think it was a big deal over $10 so whatever. The charges appeared as "Venhair" on my statement, which is how I linked them to the fraudulent activity. That purchase was on 5/25/25. A few weeks later, two separate 39.99 amounts got charged to my CC (my credit card company declined it) from a company called Venstore. This was on 6/13/25. They tried twice, my bank called me and I did not recognize it, so I had to cancel my CC and get a new one issued. I assumed my card info got stolen online, which is what happened. Venstore has tried SEVERAL more times over the last few weeks to charge this now-dead CC for 39.99. I finally connected them to the Venhair purchase, and reached out to their customer service to ask what they were doing. The Feanatic customer sevice rep Nash replied saying its for a membership and they will cancel the membership, but I never signed up nor agreed to be charged monthly for 39.99. It is nowhere on the order confirmation, which I'm happy to share. They have tried to charge my dead CC every day this week, despite being told by Nash on 6/21 that my "membership" was canceled. This company is SCAMMING AND STEALING credit card information from legit orders (for other vendors) to try and charge monthly fees to customers. When you go to their website, the first page is an option for you to request to cancel or refund a 39.99 charge, so they know what they are doing! This needs to be shut down. It is absolutely wrong and fraudulent activity. I attached the email correspondence with the rep for people to review. Start from the bottom (first email) and work your way to the top!
