Pathetic, or should I say non-existent, customer service, ordered a couple of items from them, one had threads that stripped whilst attaching it to the bike, instantly rendering it useless, contacted their customer service email address, explained the situation and got no reply. Conveniently, there was no phone number given on the website either. So, they'll just have to be content with negative reviews instead.
