Got the views but the duration of the views were less than 1 minute, and that defeated the purpose of advertising the videos because there was no gained comment or interaction at all.

First campaigns I ran sat for 2 weeks+ in pending before running and completing.
Second set of campaigns took twice as long. Campaign 1 was for 15 dollars. Campaign 2 was free it took the longest.
This makes it really difficult to make any type of plan regarding marketing.
Paid for ads and started with 1000 views in 24 hours which then went to 690 then down to 400. And I messaged them saying the views were fake and they gave no solution for a refund. Just another scam if you ask me.
I used this company in the past looked good, I used them again, and now I can see they use the bots for views. I ran a promotion and choose the option for likes, I got views and zero likes, when i asked customer service they said you got the likes, then I told them I have the same number of likes as before the promo, then tells me it depends on the viewer. They run a scam thinking you are stupid.
