My daughter is using this site for tutoring as part of her school program. We have had a number of issues with the site. I used the vendor previousy during Covid and when I signed up through my daughter's school the account was not properly handled. They did not designate between the two accounts, which caused major confusion. To rectify the issue, an account was set up for my daughter without any notification or communication with me, so we were unable to access the system the way we previously did with my account. Further, the system was not syncing so it would send notifications for sessions scheduled, but would not authorize access.

We also had issues with multiple tutors, which did not provide any consistency with service. Most recently, I am having issues with the username that was assigned by a technical team member. It is not recognized and now I have to go through the technical team again.

This has been the most frustrating process, and I am very upset because my daughter is getting short changed. I also hate that I have to keep calling or texting and have gotten ineffective help or have had to follow up multiple times to resolve anything. I definitely do not recommend this vendor in its current state..
