* I have to agree about Spring Hill Tennessee. I am a buyer and seller. When I contacted an admin about a problem customer, she promptly blamed me! When I politely disagreed, she got extremely insulting and blocked me from sending any more messages. She behaved like a spoiled child. I don't know how someone gets to be an admin but it's an important job. There definitely needs to be some vetting and training. I don't have time to deal with immature brats.

* is an admin that threatened to revoke my membership if I don't reply to her messages about a question I had about an item I inquired about. She advised me because I'm not replying to her she will revoke my membership which is completely unacceptable. I advised * not to speak to me in the manner that she didn't or handle me as if I am below her in any way period She didn't like that very much and told me that Not only was I verbally abusive to her but she assumed I was then verbally abusive to everyone else in the community and revoked me. I contacted additional admins for the area and they all already knew about what happened conspiring behind the scenes and every time I ask for the process garage sale and how to submit a complaint against an admin or even who the person was above them none of them provided me with any information.

VarageSale is mismanaged by every admin in Spring Hill Tennessee the admins do nothing to the sellers who break the rules, you can get cussed at, stole from and items sold from underneath you VarageSale admins do absolutely nothing to protect you as a buyer or a seller. There is never a consequence for breaking the rules there is never a consequence for cussing someone out, there is never a consequence for not picking up an item there is never a consequence for not showing up to a meet there are no consequences! You can do an act however you please anyway you please anytime you please. This site is the most stressful, the worst, the most complicated and the absolute most hated website I have ever been on I cannot wait to get the hell off of this website and never return and never have anything to do with VarageSale ever again in my life. The admin should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the buyers to be treated the way that they are, they should be downright ashamed of themselves. It makes the buyer want to go confront the seller for treating them the way that they are and the way that they do.

I had the same issue with this girl. I'm selling furniture because I'm moving next month and I figured I would get great exposure by posting my stuff on more communities but OMG this girl came along and harassed me to remove all other communities if I wasn't willing to deliver my goods! I live in Dorval and my furniture is discounted as it is and she expects me to hire someone to deliver the goods when I have a small car? It doesn't make any sense at all. In the meantime I had someone from NDG willing to come to Dorval (only 20 mins away) to pick up. She's a stalker and a horrible person and should be removed from VS. I will never use VS again I will be posting my stuff on Kiji.

* is racist, and act like she is hitler on VS. VS brand don't need an administrator thAt dictate every second that this post is wrong catergorie, you should change location, when I am 30 min away and I have a car, I never have complaints, yet she is the only complaining, when she never even buys stuff from me. I don't go to VS, just so I have a headeach from this girl, i can't believe she revoke me of my right. And she is very disrespectful. She knows she got the power, so she is talking to you like so bossy like very disrespectful, almost like she feels obligé to talk down to you cuz she is the administrator. She is worst the worst thing I ever encounter. No ethical to talk to customer, that uses VS just to get a bit of money. She is crazy, I never had other administrator doing that to me. It's only*. Please replace her. Geez I would like her to know how it feel to revoke for no apparent reason. She is very confrontational too, like passive aggressive way. I love VS, I hate that girl tho! She is there 24/7 monitoring the place!

On verage sale you have your own site and you can make your own shop rules.
The old rules had shop owners have a 'hold time of 12 hr.' Before able to go to next person, now it's up to the seller to do as she seems fitting. For me it's whoever commits to buying,(pretty simple right?)
I had this one woman ask a question and I answered, 30 min later another woman hits sold. Well the woman that asked the question demanded she should have a time frame to decide etc etc, I explained to her my shop rules she would not here it and basically got her buddy admin to chew me out.
I HIGHLY advise you to stay AWAY from verage sale. They pull you in with the 'safe' bit, but seriously the lady's on here are not polite and SUPER cheap. Craigslist is better and faster.
Please save yourself some frame and go to anyother site to sell.
