A basket with a bottle of champagne showing clearly was delivered with no signature, no contact with the recipient, and left on the sidewalk in front of their East Vancouver apartment building. They take no responsibility for it but blame the secondary delivery service they use and ask you to look into that yourself. Total scam, I hope they get shut down.

We received one of their baskets from our friend and when we opened the chocolates, we noticed they were oxidized, turned white. They are truffles and are supposed to have a soft centre but these were hard and tasted bad. I emailed pictures to the company thinking they would do the right thing and replace it but instead I got a generic email saying they are sorry that the item is not to my preference or liking. Terrible customer service.

They delivered half the order only, refused to refund me for the second item that never at arrived. The item that did arrive was awful quality, stale and mouldy produce and they refused to replace or refund it also. Awful customer service, not at all helpful. A complete scam of a company do NOT order from them

I ordered the Warm wishes basket as a gift. I upgraded the wine, added 50$ for additional gourmet items and paid for addition of a specific cheese listed on their site. Under gourmet item choices, I chose antipasto, bread dippers, fruit and nuts. None of these items were delivered. The basket sent included cookies and gummie bears, high sugar items that I specially avoided for this recipient. A common grocery store Camembert cheese was substituted for the cheese I ordered which was O'Shaughnessy's Irish Cheddar With Porter. To lodge a complaint I was required to have the gift recipient take pictures of all items since the store said they could not provide a list of items included. In the end they offered to refund 30% of the cost of the gourmet items ( which would be a refund of 15$) and the difference in cheese cost. I did not accept as I feel this is an inadequate response to failure to deliver the item as ordered. I understand substitutions will be made but cookies and candy were not a suitable substitution for antipasto, fruit and nuts. I feel a customer should be able to trust the company to make substitutions of equal value… which obviously didn't happen with the cheese, hence their offer to refund the difference. I'm very disappointed in the product this company delivered and their response to this poor customer service.

I live in Australia and wanted to order a gift basket from Vancouver Baskets for my son's birthday. The online process was confusing for me as an overseas customer. I phoned their helpline and was assisted with my order by Miko, the most amazing online assistant I have ever encountered! She was intuitive and immediately responsive to all my questions and needs.
I was so blessed to find such an intelligent and sympathetic assistant who was very patient with me as an older customer and who clarified everything with me and triple-checked my order to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you so much Miko for your kind assistance!
PS I tried to upload proof of purchase and couldn't. Purchase made on 25 Jan, 2024 at 7.19 pm. Delivery to Vancouver BC on 26 Jan.

I recently placed a baby gift basket to give to a friend and I paid more to get additional items added into the gift basket to make it more full and big. When I received the package, The items were falling down and not presented nicely and I was missing 4 items. Not 1 but 4! I emailed them and told them what had happened and as requested took a photo to show them as well and they emailed back saying due to high demands sometimes the product is different and they're too busy to reach out to their customers to tell them so they will substitute the item for greater or equal value. Fine, I understand sometimes this may happen but I don't see any substitutions? Your telling me there are no more bears left to add into my basket when almost all the gift baskets have a bear let alone all the other items I'm missing! I literally paid more and because the company ran out of items and didn't tell me they didn't do anything for me. They robbed me of my money and extra items that I paid for and told me sorry no refunds. After I emailed them to tell them there were no substitutions they have ignored me and haven't emailed me back. SUCH A SCAM. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Please avoid them at all cost! Not worth it!

The wines were superb and enhanced the overall tasting experience. It's a fantastic crate for hosting a wine and cheese party.

I recently received a gift basket filled with a selection of wines and it was a real treat. The wines were of high quality and the basket also included some gourmet cheese and chocolates. It was a perfect gift for any wine lover.

I received a wine gift basket as a housewarming gift and it was amazing. The wines were excellent and the addition of cheese and crackers made it a complete package. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Evolving flavours roll across the palate, indulging the senses with each and every morsel. Good choice of products in the gift basket. Would recommend all.
