Valley Vet has been reliable in delivering the prescriptions for my dogs. It is easy to order and quick to arrive and far less expensive than purchasing the meds from my vet.

I have been buying from Valley Vet Supply for a number of years now and have always found them to be prompt at filling the order (only took 6 days to arrive on most recent). I don't recall ever having a serious problem with either the ordering process or any of the products, but it does concern me that some people obviously have and claim that VV didn't stand behind the product.

Great people to work with. Always fast and easy in receiving merchandise.

Very polite, professional, and quick. I had initially placed an order for ground delivery and wasn't able to change my order in time to upgrade to overnight shipping. They went above and beyond to help me place a new overnight order and then intercept the previous order with a refund to help me out.
