My daughter needed a rope for her Western Equestrian Studies program in college. I originally ordered from Rods, but they didn't have it in stick. I tried Valley Vet Supply and my daughter had the rope in just a few days. Thank you.

I ordered these boots for my grandson's birthday. From the selection to ordering to shipping/delivery the entire process went off without a hitch! The item was exactly as advertised, the price was the lowest I found anywhere, and were delivered within days of my placing my order. Definitely will shop ValleyVet again!

These folks are super fast and professional. The website is super easy to use and clearly identifies when something is out of stock. Definitely recommend!

Purchased some meds. Waited and heard nothing nor seen any notifications. So attempted to call and their mail box was full( Non-Professional). So notified Paypal. They Refunded immediatly and offered no apologies or explanation.

They sell defective syrInges! BE CAREFUL ITS CAN STUCK IN YOUR DOG SKIN! ON THE PHONE SHE TOLD ME THEY HAVE 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY! HOW DO YOU WANT ME TO TRY ALL 4 BOXES WITH SYRINGES FOR 30 DAYS?

Our dog made an ugly turn during the middle of the night. I was able to schedule them online with great ease. Dr. Ishak communicated everything that would happen and prepared us for what to expect. He was so very kind, considerate and respectful. Putting down a pet is terribly hard and painful but Valley vet made it as painless as possible for all parties involved.
I can not express my gratitude and appreciation adequately. We are beyond words. Thank you.

I have had nothing but great things to say about this company/website until this morning. After not receiving a product I waited an extended amount of time until calling to figure out what happened. I even got an email from valley vet asking for delivery confirmation. I got a notification from the tracking saying the package would be delayed and then never updated after that. No package came... so I called hoping they would have some answers as to what happened to the package. The lady I spoke with from customer service was the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoken with. She told me, "I thought" a package was not delivered, well I wouldn't be calling if it had? I cannot believe someone like her is working as a customer service rep. Before hanging up all she said was, "bye." She was extremely condescending the entire length of the phone call. This one phone call has me reconsidering where I am purchasing my medications. Very disappointed!

Do NOT do business with these people. If you have ever noticed on their website, they will post an image of a supposedly available item. They even go so far as to say they have as many as 20 of that item. They will take your money VERY QUICKLY and THEN come back and tell you that they must try to get the item from another supplier. In short, they are NOT in possession of the image they are selling. BUYER BEWARE! They will take your money and leave you with zilch.
