I like the stanchion product but the bowl is cracked. I hope I could get replacement for the cracked bowl.
I ordered 5 way dog vaccinations. I had not issues with the product itself. The shots came individually pre-packaged after 24hr shipment. My issue is that I accepted the shipment off of the UPS truck directly and immediately took them inside to find that the ice packs were completely thawed/room temperature. I'm not sure how long they were at room temperature but I was hoping they would have still been cool at least.

I went to the Valley Vet website at 1:58 P.M., placed the order, and it was accurately processed and shipped arriving in just 2 days here in Northern Minnesota.
