Worst experience ever with Vakilsearch ‍‍. I requested and paid for Close My Private Limited Company for a year ago. Its been a year and no progress so far. Absolutely fraud company. When I call Vakilsearch team, they say they will request the concerned person to connect with me to give me the updates. But only waiting. No progress.

Vakilsearch was recommended in a webinar. I curse that guy who recommended it.

An executive from vakilsearch was behind me for more than a week. Initially they tried to force me to pay even when I was waiting for the PAN of my firm by saying that their charges would increase. I didn't given in to his demand.

After I paid, they took about 3 days to register. Now the actual nightmare starts. My partner's name entered was wrong which is why PAN verification declined. I tried to contact the agent whose extension no was provided. Till date I have been unable to even get through for once. Nobody ever picked up the call.

I rectified the name myself. Then I got SCN (Show Cause Notice) from GST that "Consent Letter" had pasted signature. I tried to contact them but no luck as usual. Finding no other way, I had to do it myself by watching a few youtube videos.

Yesterday, our GST was approved and today they're still stuck to the status of 3 days back.

Had I been dependent on their service, it would have still been stuck.

I wonder, why I had paid Rs. 200 even though it's not a big amount. What's the point of charging small amount and giving substandard service? It's better to charge a little bit more and give proper service.

This is one of the worst service I have ever experienced. Avoid this company.

I have no doubt in my mind that when it comes to business incorporation Vakilsearch has to be the best.
