VakilSearch is an absolute fraud. They take full payment in advance and do not complete the work. In my case, it's been over 50 days, and my company is still not incorporated. They keep giving false promises and now have completely stopped responding to calls and emails. Their team is unprofessional, careless, and completely incompetent. When I asked for a refund, they ignored my request — no reply, no support, no accountability. This is nothing short of mental harassment and cheating. Avoid VakilSearch at all costs. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, go elsewhere. I am considering legal action due to the financial loss and harassment they've caused.

I started my llp registration by September 2024 and still I haven't received llp agreement and now it's March 2025. Pathetic services, they don't inform nor they reply nothing

I had an extremely disappointing experience with VakilSearch regarding my company incorporation. Despite availing their services 3-4 months ago, my company is still not registered. Their team has been highly unprofessional, unresponsive, and inefficient throughout the process.

Lack of guidance: As a professional in this space of legal and compliance I was expecting some guidance from the team on successfully registering the company but unfortunately you won't get any guidance.

Lack of Communication: I had to constantly follow up for updates, yet I rarely received clear or timely responses.

Repeated Delays: Even after multiple escalations, they failed to complete the incorporation process.

Unreliable Service: The delays have caused major setbacks for my business, and their carelessness has cost me valuable time and opportunities.

I had expected a smooth and hassle-free process but instead, I've faced frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise others to reconsider before opting for Vakil Search if they are looking for a reliable company registration service.

I approached Vakil Search, assuming it was a professional, established firm, but that couldn't have been further from the truth.

One of their representatives, Mohammed Mansoor, initially assured me they could help obtain a single status certificate in India, as I reside in Europe. He proposed a solution: creating an affidavit and obtaining a sub-division registrar seal, which he claimed would serve as a bachelor certificate. Trusting his words, I foolishly paid 7,080 rupees upfront.

After payment, things immediately went downhill. For the first week, I received no updates. By the second week, a lawyer finally contacted me, but shockingly, he knew nothing about my case and had to start from scratch. I was forced to involve Mansoor in the call, only to hear the same empty reassurance: "I'll find someone else from your region."

The next week, a new lawyer called, only to tell me that what I was seeking was completely impossible with an affidavit. Worse, he revealed that this was the third time he had encountered clients misled by Vakil Search, promising services they knew they couldn't deliver.

From that point on, Mansoor kept me on a carousel of copy-paste responses, asking for "a little more time." This cycle of delays and excuses dragged on for months, starting from July 16 and continuing without any result. Even after escalating the issue to his manager, I received no concrete response—just more silence.

I'm baffled by the positive reviews this firm has, and I can only wonder if they are fabricated. In the end, I lost my money, time, and energy, receiving absolutely nothing in return. I would strongly advise anyone considering Vakil Search to steer clear—these people are unreliable, misleading, and clearly more interested in collecting payments than providing any real service. Save yourself the hassle, and do not pay them a single rupee in advance.

They only respond quickly while booking service. After that poor response. They try to cheat you to opt out for unnecessary services.

This is the worst experience I have ever faced. I have paid up for Premium GST filing and again for an additional service - GST registration. There is no management at Vakil Search and the staff is poorly educated and trained, only speaks Tamil and some broken English.

There has been no development at all in my case and everytime I raise a ticket, a new person calls who does not understand anything I speak. I end up hanging. They can only say YES or NO in English. Same for Hindi.

I have been struggling since past few months even to get basic works done. Guys pls dont waste time here. My humble request to you.

Vakilsearch has excellent customer service support. I want to thank Ms. Pavithra for all her excellent support in helping me with the GST process. I would highly recommend Vakilsearch.

In the name of providing legal services they are doing illegal activities. I booked a lawyer consultation with them and paid Rs 399 online in advance. I never got a call from any lawyer. The contact number provided on the website is a waste. Rarely someone picks the call and when you tell them the issue they will disconnect the call. And then they don't pick. They are looting people. Such fraudulent lawyers and law firms are responsible for deteriorating law and justice condition in India

I have ordered the gst registration through them but I got a message from gst department that your gst registration is pending for clarification and complete it within 7 days but they did not respond to WhatsApp and even do not call backed I am trying to contact from 2 days since only 4 days is left for filing clarification

Worst customer service ever experienced.

Fee completely charged but work not done since 2 months.
Slow claps to the assurance given by them.

Poor Suppor, Worst legal help service, I submitted all the documents and they confirmed that no additional document is required and collected full payment from me.

The company called Vakeel Search is fraudulent. Despite making a payment to them, my company registration process has not been completed even after three months. They have been providing multiple excuses, claiming that the delay is due to government issues. Vikram, the account manager assigned to me, is unresponsive and does not answer my calls. I strongly advise staying away from this company and caution against approaching them
