I had a good experience ordering. Customer service was responsive and helpful. My only problem was getting the sizing right. I measured myself multiple times in conversation with the fit specialist but the garment arrived too small, so I will have to alter it and hope it works out.

During my trip to India, I shopped online for Saree because it was rainy season in Mumbai. I ordered two sarges, but got only one on time. To get another saree, I have to communicate back and forth via emails and phone calls with various people. It was very tedious experience. Now I am back from my trip and saree is in India.
I never got any compensation for the hectic I have to go through to get one saree.
