The dress I ordered looks what i wanted to be and most guests at the event asked where it was ordered from. Several have now ordered similar dresses and got the delivery already.
This place actually has plus size sarees! Also shipping definitely didn't take too long and they communicated when things were shipped.
As many other customers have reported, the sizing on my outfit was at least one size, if not two sizes, off (too small), and the exchange policy is unrealistic. The customer service rep I've been exchanging messages with has been very kind, but thus far there has been little recourse for me to exchange my item except to pay $20 for the return shipping even though I sent proof that the item is incorrectly sized and that I placed my order based on the provided measurement guidelines. Please note, ladies, that I was told that the bust measurement should be taken one inch below the armpit. Not sure what female figure that's based on, but it seems unrealistic for the typical figure. On a happier note, the item I ordered is lovely and I'm disappointed that it doesn't fit.
I didn't receive the padding work for blouse as requested and paid for.
All of the clothes fit me perfectly and my husband clothes fit him perfectly, also. Thank you.
One of my necklace I ordered was not polished, I talked to them they gave half off discount. ButI am not satisfied, I want a good product not my money back.

The lehenga and jewelry I bought are all very beautiful. However, the choli measurements are not according to the ones I sent to Utsav Fashion for a customized choli. I received an extra big choli that I will need to fix myself before the wedding and running out of time. Also, other Indian companies manage themselves everything related to the delivery of the dress, while Utsav does not.

Horrible customer service. Received my item extremely late so had to go elsewhere to purchase a similar item for the event I was attending. They refused to let me return the item that I still haven't even received yet 3 weeks after I ordered.
My fiance recieve the item and we fell in love with the suit but it was slightly too small. We sent it back for a bigger size and the seller was extremely helpful. Process was smooth.
I liked the outfit, but I mistakenly ordered the wrong size.
