All things were much better than what I expected. Great site!

Do not order online from Utsav fashion, you will find very little support from them if there are any issues with your order. First, their order was significantly delayed (long enough to prompt an automatic apology), to the point I had to leave on an international trip when the package arrived. When I returned, I tried it on right away and found that the clothes were extremely tight despite measuring exactly as instructed. Also, I was told by the online assistant that the order will come with pants and it did not come with pants. They responded to my request for refund that it was out of their 48 hr window for returns despite the late delivery, inappropriate sizing, and misadvertisement. If you are preparing for an indian wedding, especially of an non-indian ethnicity whose body frame may vary, I highly recommend avoiding utsav fashion's online service and purchasing a ward drope from a local indian store in person.

I am very pleased with the information and item's received in very good condition.

The sherwani was not like the picture. It looked more regal in the picture but the material is not very well made and the pocket chain is missing. This was meant to wear at a wedding but not sure if it's nice enough now.

It's look good but quality is not look like $535.00. It's look same as $200.00 one. Not so happy with it

Very prompt service. There was regular communication regarding order status and stitching details for the blouse. Had the blouse fit me better, I would've given 5 stars.

I was very excited to receive my order. There was a little confusion first, about the delivery date but Utsav team kept me informed and was understanding. Fitting is good over all and I am happy with my purchase. Wish the price was a little more reasonable.

Overall I had a very good experience. At the first moment I had some doubts of shopping outside EU but I was guided and assisted through the whole process very professionally, thank you. Despite of not receiving the item I wanted at the first place, I was offered to replace it with another, everything was very easy and communication was great. After my request was finally processed and confirmed, I received my item surprisingly fast, it was matter of 2 days.
