Very good quality I must say...fast delivery, wonderful customer service

Very quick delivery considering international shipping and good quality clothing.

The kurta I ordered was excellent quality and very comfortable. I wish that they took arm measurements so I didn't need to have to get my sleeves tailored after my kurta arrived, but the chest measurement was accurate.

Duty and taxes were also far more than I expected. I know that this isn't up to Utsav, but an estimated duty would have been appreciated.

Never received all of my items they always partially ship and take your whole money

Was damaged, tried to get a refund was told to have a tiny credit to repair, which wouldn't be close to covering. Unable to get full refund but can't be bothered to get my bank involved.

When we ordered multiple items, why you guys combined all in one oder and shipped. It will save the shipping cost.

The delivery of the product can definetely be done earlier. 2 weeks is a lot of time for a completion.

Saree I purchased from website was looking so beautiful, but when I received prints on saree not straight near pallav so when you wear saree it looks out of place at the pallav happy with the material and quality but the print it slanted doesn't look right.

Saree I purchased was expensive and finish of the saree was unacceptable.
It was very poorly made.
Tassels were sewed in (not made from the Saree itself) and its thick and gaudy.
Pattern looks beautiful but when look at the back side of the material, it's all loose visible threads, which is very ugly.
I will not buy anything from this website or recommend it to anyone.

I desperately needed an outfit for an event before travel and Utsav was so helpful in suggesting outfits in my size and price range that could be delivered in time. It's a beautiful and well stitched outfit.

Customer Service was super quick to answer my questions and fix my issue swiftly. I ordered the wrong size and they replaced the item within a few days. Easy, quick, and no fuss.

My experience is utterly disgusting with Utsav fashion. The item I ordered was described as "embroidered cotton saree". What I received is a printed polyester piece of cloth that can never be a "saree'', but can be used as a cheap tablecloth. I consider this 'cheating'.
I am utterly frustrated and never ever going to order from Utsav Fashion.

Order was on time. This is not the first time I have bought from Utsav. Good quality products which are packed beautifully. Thank you
