I like the garments but the sizing hasn't been good for me. I ordered size 38 as it was supposed to fit my bust according to you page but it was way too tight. I have re ordered in size 42 and hope this will be better. If not I will be looking to return my garments even though they are on special as it will be my second attempt.

They r thief and unethical business!
I ordered in end of June and it's November, they still have not sent my product or refunded me! I been going back and forth and they stating custom has returned their product… I received no calls, nothing and these customer service thief of Utsav are not refunding my money or giving me my product! Unethical business!
Twice now, over the years, I have experienced incorrect sizing. First time we just mended everything ourselves. This time the size was smaller so needed to exchange. I must say that Utsav team was very collegial in this exchange and that was certainly a great experience. One thing to keep in mind, the colors shown in picture are much different shade than in reality. Their faux georgette is purely medium quality polyester. In the picture the outfit looks so elegant which in reality is pretty ordinary. Work done is great quality. So, it's a mixed bag.

My customer experience at Utsav Fashion was great, they paid attention to custom measurements, prompt email communication and adhered to all specifications.
The outfit itself has some issues. The stitching was a little rough and the material quality could be better. I think it looks pretty, but would have been happy if the quality was a little higher.
