Item was exactly as described and actually very good quality.
The sizing chart was very easy to use and the order came in time! The color on the top is darker than the picture looked but still beautiful.

Had great customer service throughout the entire process. Just quite disappointed upon receiving the actual product. Colours and description do not match product listing. The workmanship can be improved as well. The blouse came with super high and small armhole which is not physically possible to fit an adult unless you have bones for arms or a kid.
There was a slight delay in delivery however Utsav team resolved the issue and delivered on time. Also beautiful clothes happy with purchase. Thank you Utsav

Jewellery quality is really good. And in case they deliver something damaged, the customer care takes it up really well to replace or refund. I had some trouble with the third party delivery agency for return pick up for a damaged item, but that's not on U.F. Final jewellery was so beautiful l, all struggle faded away
Great service and staff are so helpful and fast to respond to all my questions. I like the dress. But the sewing and the finishing of the dress is not that great. The edges of the dress are not straight and the collar doesn't fit the proper way.
