My husband ordered the wrong size. Customer service was outstanding! They rushed his order and it was on our doorstep the day before the wedding! They made this happen. So happy!
Utsav is very professional and polite in dealing with customers. When Utsav couldn't deliver the exact shade of yellow I had ordered, I received an email inquiring whether I'd accept a different shade! They even sent me a special note along with the replacement (that I had approved) to give me a coupon for later use.

Even tough website has the availability status of my purchased lahenga it was found that it's not actually there. I have to change that order and it's painful. Other wise later purchased lahenga is good.

Perfect simple red saree. It was exactly what I was looking for. I chose a different one previously that was out of stock and they sent me an email apologizing for that and sent me a link to similar items. I'm glad the other one was out of stock because I like this one more! Excellent customer service.
