I purchased four items. The quality of 2 items was as advertised, the quality of the other two items was much inferior. The purchasing aspect was very smooth, but returns seem to be very difficult and they offer store credit instead of a refund which I don't think is appropriate. Next time, I would buy from a website that makes returns a lot easier.
I order a size following the size chart and received the wrong size.
Kurta and churidars met my expectations! Very pleased. Delivery time was OK; not fast, but not annoyingly slow either.
I loved my outfit. It fit me well, it was a pretty style and pattern. The problem was the first time I wore it the zipper broke. First, it seemed it was split. So I took the top off and as I worked to unzip it it would just split again when I zipped it and then one side just came out of the zipper entirely. Someone had to use safety pins to hold it together so that I could give a presentation. That was pretty embarrassing. And sad since it was only the first time I wore it.
The issue regarding my Blouse was not resolved and mention that I raised the concern after 10 days, the reason was I noticed the real issue when I wore the product, but when I checked the blouse Zip normally it was working, but it was not at all working.
Good sari - as shown in the picture. Wish they stitch the blouse more trendy or atleast add tassels wt thread on the back.
Otherwise quality has always been good when ever I buy from utsav fashion and I recommend it to my friends.

When there is a delay in shipment, i was notified by email reason for delay and then was notified when shipment was finally shipped.

Pant did not fit at all and cannot be altered either. Coat had to be altered. Material of the coat was good but pant was cheap. Size guide needs to be improved and how!
