UW have stopped supplying electric to my house 4 days before the transfer to my new supplier takes place.
I have phoned uw and been lied to on the phone by their representatives. This is absolutely disgusting and surely illegal to leave someone in a house with no electric supply. Especially going into the winter months.
I asked to make a complaint on the phone and the representative was taking the mick. May I ask what the complaint is? I think the fact of being left with no supply. I'm off to also speak with trading standards and a few newspapers.
Imagine if this was your mother or grandmother they had done this to?

After suffering the lies not getting through and rising prices from British gas i went over last year to Utility Warehouse for the Gas and Electricity,and that was the best move i have ever made.They can be reached by phone they actually answer all calls very fast they listen they help and there website is brilliant to use.I a few weeks ago called them saying could they reduce my standing order as my account is in credit and usage is a bit lower.Not a problem Greg it was done and there just a pleasure to deal with.If you need a honest listening Utility company worth looking at them also they do broadband and mobile phone deals as the more you take out with them the bigger discounts you will get.
