The report is comprehensive and although the mortgage information is not quite up to date, the rest of the information looks accurate.

I found your report to be somewhat accurate, but a little disappointed by the real estate value you placed on the home.

Obviously as I am the current owner. We did not buy the house at $175k nor would I. Not sure where you got that info, however, if it was by the previous owner that would make sense.
