For a home business, we needed a business license, a fire department inspection and a certificate of occupancy. I was able to get the parcel ID from public records. The owner of record died in 1990, and I thought that I knew who the owner was, but I wasn't sure. They provide you a simple report quickly of public records of a property. Just what I needed to try to get in contact with an owner of an abandoned property. That being said, be careful, they make an additional offer that if you don't read will charge you 20$/mo.

This is an old photo of this property. It has not had a proper roof or gutters in over 3 years. It also is a 1 1/2 story house.

Report is inaccurate, this property was sold October 25,2018 as indicated on report, however, but title ownership was not updated.

The information I got today 11-3-2018 was exactly what I needed.
The only thing I would suggest is the report should be sent to my email address as a PDF file or have the option to SAVE AS a PDF file while viewing it on the screen.
Other than that I would HIGHLY recommend this web site.

The report was equal to other reports that I have pulled I have not found the right home yet? Hopefully soon. A copy of the deed would be great added to the reports.

I purchased a report for less than a dollar, the email, which I have says no further billing. Then, I see they are automatically charging my credit card for $19.95. I called to cancel but the admin person I spoke with says she cannot provide refunds and there is no one else to talk with. Really? Meanwhile, I hear laughing in the background. Needless to say... Do no use this company or this site.
