Working with Princess was very professional, courteous and productive in helping me renew my subscription and cleaning my pc from viruses among other things, she saw that I was getting pop-ups and she helped fixed that problem for which I really appreciated. Princess's overall demeanor was excellent in helping me with all my pc issues. I'm very fortunate to work with Princess, thanks to her for helping me.
