I was told the entire process would take 2 to 3 hours and someone would call me when it was done. I was not called for over 6 hours.
I am not a computer savvy person and when I called Global Tech with my problem I was very pleasantly greeted by John. He took his time with me and was extremely patient when he had to wait for me. Long story short, John was a gentleman with aloJosiet of knowledge aBout technical things. John has gone above and beyond what I have encountered with other companies
It took a long time but Mary stayed with it and corrected the problem.I wanted to quit, but she stayed with it. Can't praise her enough.
