Mary did a great job on my computer.

I spoke to two Tech's today. Both were very knowledgeable and helped me understand the problem, and the correction.Both John and Mary were wonderful to work. Thank you very much.

Charlie was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I would use this service again.

Everything was very expeditious and clearly explained to me. While it took a couple of hours, all the viruses and malware were taken off my computer and it is functioning much better now. Mary was very helpful and glad she was able to resolve my problems.

I commend John Yecyec as tech for malware experiences om my Mac computer. I am well pleased with US Global Tech.

Issue: old computer wouldn't accept my new printer. The Techs spent literally hours working their way through to a successful conclusion. Mary seemed to be the last tech involved although I talked with a number of them. They were polite at all times even with my moments of frustration. I appreciated they way they stayed on task. It is great to have the system working properly.

My tech was awesome and was with me every step of the way. I can't believe she has so much patience with me. She fixed everything and then has called back twice to make sure everything is working correctly.

Couldn't connect to the printer. USGT resolved the issues. It took them hours, but they never lost patience.

I had contacted Canon to find out why i couldn't use the printer anymore. I was transferred to Global tech and they cleaned it up and it works great!
