The technicians were very pleasant and did resolve my problem. I did not realize it would take 5 1/2 hours to do so. It would have been helplful if I had been advised so I could plan my day accordingly.
The Global Tech support was very helpful and guided me through the complex issues of my computer.

The Customer was a great overall experience.
I was very pleased with Kristine. She was incredibly patient and helpful. I felt a little lost after our initial conversation. I was told a time that I should be available, but another technician started to continue without me present. I was not able to get through for a long time when I called on the phone. When I did get through I asked for Kristine, and she helped me get back on track and reconfigure my new printer which was not accepting USB. It was reconfigured to WiFi. There were still issues with the printer and she stayed with us until all the issues were settled. We are very pleased overall.
It was really wonderful the tecnision was very patient since I am a senior citizen and not fast on the computer. All problem areas have been taken care of which is a great relief to me!
Mary was courteous and professional. English was understandable though spoken a little rapidly when talking technical.
Hi, my assistant was Mary. She did a fabulous connection for my HP printer, wireless. I am amazed how well her administration to her job went.
