I wasn't sure what happened to cause my computer to work poorly. I initially tried to add McAfee to protect my computer, which didn't work. When I accessed the technical service, the customer support person assured me that they could help. My computer was not only cleaned, but the McAfee program was also installed correctly. Everything is working great. Because I'm not so tech savvy, it makes me nervous to work with someone on-line whom I don't know. However, all fears were laid to rest and the individuals who worked with me did a great, professional job. I'm very happy with my service, no reservations.

I purchased US Global Tech on 2/25/2018 and they fixed my problems and put McAfee on my computer. On Monday the 26th they called to see if everything was working OK. I had one problem that they solved and everything is working OK. It was nice they called me back to see if everything was OK This company is not a fraud, don't be afraid to use them.

Dan (US Global Support), who I worked with on the phone on my issue was AWESOME. He did a fantastic job of fixing the problem. He probably spent 90 minutes working to resolve my problem, which was REIMAGEPLUS.COM addware which kept popping up every time I tried to connect to any internet site.

After all these years, my Apple Deskstop computer has been cleaned from malware. It was very frustrating for 4 years, and finally, I am free and also installed a virus protection. Thank you very much for the helped that I received from JC, one of your consultant. He was patience, walked me throught the process, helped me understand what he was doing, educated me with some of the steps on my computer, follow up timely, and spent hours of cleaning and finding the right and updated version for my virus protection because my Apple Computer is a little old, but still works.
