For two months I had at least 4 other US Global techs trying to setup a home network on my three PCs and they failed after more than 20 hours collectively. The tech today spent about 5 hours and had the home network and file and printer sharing setup for me. Didn't get his name, but he did what other techs at US Global couldn't do.

I will definitely promote this company on their expertise on resolving my issue. Thanks for extending your patience with me and how I deal with one of your representative she helps me rectifying the situation and how to address my norton and checking other issues of my PC.
