I think I spoke to several techs, one being Marc, the others's names I don't know. All were very patient because I was woken from a sleep and a little slow. All the techs were very nice and it appears that my computer is running normal again.

I'm so happy that they were able to help me protect my computer, it had been infected by malware, it's working so nice now. I liked how they encouraged me that they were able to fix it. Couldn't be happier.

I was referred to USGlobalTech from Norton Security. My tech was very helpful in finding several problems I didn't know I had, and did not have the skill to remove. He was very helpful, polite and patient.

As stated earlier, both Christine and Mary did great job on this Christmas day. Solved a myriad of problems this old man would never thought existed! Spent about 4 hours and were chipper the whole time.

Overall good. A little disconcerting having someone I don't know working on my computer. You should work on some way to increase a customer's comfort level and trust.

Cai was good but a little hard to communicate with--had to repeat myself and ask for clarification several times.

Lost my Firefox bookmarks which will take me awhile to recreate.

The computer was slow with a lot of popups. I called about not being able to make a wireless connection to my printer. That was also fixed and it was all done in less than 2 hours

I had called Trend Micro to determine if my virus protection software was up to date. When I called the toll-free number that came up, I was connected to your representative Zarina, who then took control of my computer and updated it so that it should run much more efficiently. Thank you for such a knowledgeable and helpful technician. I could not have done it on my own with the limited technical experience I have.
