Very pleased with the service that I received from both tech's (Ram & Cai) who worked feverishly on a computer that was infested with viruses. The task was not an easy one.
Both techs were wonderful! Each demonstrated a lot of patience and were persistent with fixing and solving the encountered problems. For my new printer, they had to figure out what drivers were needed, where to find them and how to install them. In addition, they had to secure and install the printer software needed to get my Old Windows XP SP3 Operational System to communicate with my NEW recently purchased HP Envy 5055 printer. I liked the convenience of having my computer worked on remotely rather than having to take it to a computer repair shop. Both techs were polite, knowledgeable and professional.

It took many attempts during the last week since January 1st 2019 to resolve the problem. Part of the problem was debugging that needed to be done by Spectrum Wireless due to them installing a new Community WiFi in my apartment complex.
US Global Techs also cleaned my computer of viruses which I appreciate. The Driver had to be reinstalled at least 4 times not until I opened my Bible and began reading scripture did the printer finally start printing. Praise Almighty GOD! The process has been frustrating but seems to be finally resolved. Thank You for all your help.

For an elderly person who has difficulty understanding all the elements of the internet and technology, I appreciate the kindness and patience that technicians Zarina, Mary and Cai showed me over 4 hours as I installed McAfee on my Mac desktop, laptop, ipad and iphone. I was in tears trying to install the program because of viruses and other problems, but these technicians were so very helpful in calming me and resolving all issues. I am now getting the message that "EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD." I can't tell you how happy that makes me.
