It is worth the monthly fee. Whenever I have an issue on any of the computers we have in our household, USGlobalTech is just a call away, and they keep working on the problem until it's fixed. Today, I called because my computer had become increasingly slow over the last month especially. Apparently, some program was working in the background that slowed my processor down significantly. My tech guy fixed it within a few hours, and I'm very happy with his service. I use my computer for work and studies, not gaming. My son uses his for gaming. No matter what the issue is, USGlobalTech has taken care of it.

My computer had major issues with Malware, Viruses & a lot of other things so I bought a "Fix It Stick". I ran it & cleared a bunch off but as I found out later, not all! I ordered the Webroot Antivirus for 1 year of protection & installed it, thinking I had gotten rid of all the Malware, etc, but I hadn't! So I contacted customer service who connected me to tech support. He told me that he scanned my computer & found numerous issues & said that the Fix It Stick couldn't remove all of the issues. He also informed me that the Webroot Antivirus Program works only when it is installed on a computer that does not have any Malware, viruses, etc on it, which mine had & that's why I was having trouble with my computer! He said he could do a one time fix & remove all remaining issues as well as tune-up my computer & a do few other things for $99! $99 which I didn't have! I explained that I am terminally ill, bed-bound & receive very little to live on from Disability. I explained that I absolutely needed my computer fixed because I write out & print the daily To-Do List for my In-Home Caregivers, so they know what they need to do for that day but I can't do that now because my computer isn't working because of all the Malware & Viruses still on it. (I already spent my Grocery money on the "Fix It Stick" Virus & Malware Remover that didn't work & for the Webroot which only protects your computer when it is installed on a computer that has no Malware or Viruses on it!) The tech said he would explain my situation to his Supervisor & ask if he could give me a discount on the purchase price of $99. His Supervisor approved the discount so I was able to get the one-time fix, cleaning, PC tune-Up & more! They ran the program & it fixed my computer! Now I can type up & print out the daily "To-Do List" for my In-Home Caregiver starting tomorrow!
The Technician's name is Ram & he was wonderful! He was so sweet & kind as he listened as I explained what my computer was doing & what it wasn't allowing me to do! He also listened as I explained my health & financial situations, (that I'm terminally ill & bed-bound, that I NEED my computer to print out the To-Do list for my In-Home Caregivers & that I'm on Disability, I have a very low income & I didn't have the $99 needed to get my computer fixed). He listened & acted by talking to his Supervisor & made it possible for me to get the desperately needed one-time fix for my computer! My computer is working great & is even super fast now!
