I was having difficulties that appeared to be due to malware. I went to find my malware software and found I had accidentally removed it. Your technician helped me to load the soft ware and then cleaned the malware programs that had infected my machine. It took some time and I believe the tech was very through and did a complete job. I plan to have your techs work on my wife's computer at a later date.

I was disappointed because we try to call several time and left our name and phone number but no return call.
But Today all went well and the lady that answer Elizabeth she was nice and in a couple of minutes I Was with a technician and connected his name was Rod very nice patient and efficient.

Anthoney was and has been extremely helpful in getting my computer to work very well.

It took a long time because I am not computer savvy
I had trouble getting my new HP wireless printer hooked up. I had to call for help to get it set up yesterday and suddenly today it was no longer connected. When I called back I got help again and we finally got it fixed and hopefully it will not be a reoccurring problem
