It was great service could not have asked for any better

Went into free online games and ended up with major computer problems. I wanted to add security to this computer and US Global Tech was able to clean up the problems and added 6 months of Norton for me. Thank you so very much!

Long process but computer is working well now!

Thanks to both of the techs who helped!

Needed norton reinstalled. Do not know how it was uninstalled. Computer was also slow. Went on line to see if I could reintall. Began contadt with a rep which resulted in me authorizing a one time clean and then a reinstallation of this computer. Approx 2 hours later it was accomplished. Excellent service from everyone involved.

The technician was very informative and thorough. I am completely happy with the work done

The only negative experience was very long wait: from 1.00 pm on 5/7 till 12.15 on 5/8.
Rest of it is greatly positive.
