I first came in contact with the online USGlobal Tech.He then said there are many issues with the computer malware-virus-Trojan all throughout the Windows 10 OS. I then gave the USGlobal Tech my telephone number and then received a call from the next higher up USGlobal Tech John who after extensive valuation determined the computer was in dire need of a manual clean-up.With explanation of the three packages to fix all the computers-Bad Issues. Then I received a call from purchasing to make sure I agree to the reasonable cost. After the manual clean-up and anti-virus added to the computer Sheryl called to advise all is complete. The entire organization of USGlobal are the most polite and well mannered personal I have ever had the pleasure to deal with, I will recommend all my friends with computer problems to call USGlobal.

My Mac-mini became terribly infected with adware - - popups galore! I subscribe to iDrop news and read an article about Macs getting malware and mentioned Malwarebytes as a possible solution. I managed to get through to the site despite constant interruption with ads. My technician ("Lilly") was very patient and helped me connect so that she could clean up my system. It took an hour plus after which she called me back and I was then able to sign up for the premium package which will also allow me to have my other Mac cleaned and protected. I am quite pleased with the prompt, courteous (and patient!) service!

My customer service tech Princess was very patient and helpful in dealing with a payment issue i was having with my credit card.She helped me figure out what was happening.She also explain what was the issue with my Mac Computer and took care of the problem..
Charlie found numerous problems on my Mac, and fixed them for me. He was nice and helpful. Will use again if necessary.
