Purchased a subscription only because it was eligible for a refund if I wasn't satisfied, so I figured it was worth a shot. Within minutes I realized it was not what I wanted nor expected. The site stated results were found yet would not load and for results that did load, it wouldn't allow you to click for more information. I cancelled the subscription within 10 minutes of purchasing, literally. I immediately contacted the customer service email provided in the help section, I also provided screen shots of my timestamps, the reports that wouldn't load, and explained that it did not work for me and I would like a refund, since I was told I was eligible prior to purchasing, as long as I requested within the 24 hour window. I have emailed multiple times and here I am passed the 24 hour window, and still have not received a single response from the company. No acknowledgment of my email, no apology, no refusal of the refund, literally nothing. Yet the site says they respond within 12 hours. I would also like to add that my emails were polite, informative, and only asking for help in the matter. Certainly seems like a scam to me! If the company promises to repond in 12 hours, promises a refund if the proper steps are taken within 24, and fails to follow thru on their end. All over $20 bucks. Then do yourself a favor and look elsewhere and certainly don't purchase the yearly membership which was well over $100!

Great product, spoke to the customer team on a matter, they were great. Completly recommend! Great for username lookups and finding old friends online.
