At first dream come true and they're down the road if I had any problems. Little did I know it was great getting the loan but they're a pain to work with, get a hold of, and to them your a number and a paycheck. They will never talk with you directly instead through a call center. They don't communicate with each other, read the fine print don't just take their word on it, and they'll mess your paperwork up and take a whole year to fix it. Nightmare should have done FHA.
