That's a quite a charge to print a piece of paper
I am beginning to suspect that this company is a scam. We have contacted the numbers on the website to no avail and emails. The order was placed on October 14,2025 and today is March 2,2026. I lost my money paid them $224.50 plus they keep billing me $9 for succeeding months for whatever reasons that I was able to stop payment through my bank. This is probably another scam that looks legitimate.

I was mislead to believe they would be filing my request for me, making the cost worth it. Instead, I received a poorly filled out PDF (half the fields were cut off and unreadable) with erroneous instructions for sending it in myself — I found out that NY state requires a court order along with the request if I am the child of the person on record. None of that was included in the instructions supplied to me with my order.

Paid for premium service which was supposed to expedite my request. According to the website, 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks I checked the status. Now the expected delivery date changed to 5-7 weeks. Finally received after multiple emails and calls but took 10 weeks! (Applied 12/18/25, received 2/21/26) This resulted in changing my travel dates and was a very stressful experience.

I paid you 84 dollars to fill out a form and then have to send it in with the fee. If i had known I would have just gone to the County clerks office and paid a minimal fee. Bait and switch, people, bait and switch. It's like those people that claim to get you a passport but it's this exact same scam to a T. I suppose you do those as well.

So far this process of requesting my fathers birth certificate has been quick and easy. I'm hoping the rest of the process will be then same.

Back in Nov we sent for a birth certificate and we received an application which we sent in nov we paid 97 dollars I think. But still haven't gotten the birth certificate

When you pay almost $100 to have them tell you to print the application, fill it out, and mail it in with the fee…. Ummmmm I could have done all of that myself! I thought this was supposed to make the process easy and expedite it. I could have saved time and money by just doing it myself vs a $100 email telling me to do it myself…
