I did finally receive my certified Birth certificate. However despite the fact I paid for premium service to have the order expedited faster, it still took 2 months.

Somewhat easy process, not sure how long this will take, not sure if the municipality issuing the birth certificate has received my application? No communication from anyone stating it is being processed.

Paid for premium service which was supposed to expedite my request. According to the website, 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks I checked the status. Now the expected delivery date changed to 5-7 weeks. Finally received after multiple emails and calls but took 10 weeks! (Applied 12/18/25, received 2/21/26) This resulted in changing my travel dates and was a very stressful experience.

When I read on sites that filling out forms are quick and easy I grimace because they never are. Well much to my delight this site actually WAS quick and easy. In less than 5 mins I had given them all my info and paid for their services. I even got the return paperwork the same day. Thanks so much for that experience!

Still have not received my birth certificate that was paid to be delivered 1-2 days. Only an email confirmation but no actual documents. Customer service is very slow and takes 24-48hrs to respond. This matter needs to be resolved quickly

It's convenient that I can do this online, but I paid for faster processing. I did not realize it would still be 32 to 34 business days before it came to me. I wouldn't have bothered paying extra. What's another week when the processing takes that long?

I needed to request an out of state death certificate and was unclear how to proceed. US Birth Certificates came to my assistance. They knew what questions I would be asked on the state's application. I had time to research the answers. When I was finished, their team reviewed my application to ensure it was accurate and correct. Afterwards, they sent the form as a PDF with instruction on where to sign, what to include (a picture of my passport, my driver's license) and a check needed to pay for state. They further suggested using a large (9x11) envelope to mail the application and documents instead of folding them up. As a result, I mailed the application with confidence that it would be accepted. I even took it to the Post Office to be weighed and found it needed 34 more cents.

I received the file for my birth certificate application by email and followed the directions to save, print, review, sign and send it by certified mail to New Mexico Vital Records and Health Statistics with $10 payment. I now await the return mail with a new birth certificate.

I did not understand that after completing the application that you would simply send a application that I would then need to print and mail along with additional money to the City courthouse. I paid almost 100 dollars for you only to plug in information to a form. I thought you would process the request and submit to the appropriate city of birth.

Too expensive

Fairly easy to fill out but in the end with additional expenses it was disappointing. Basically all that is needed to be done is copy the original and send a copy. It would cost less than 60 cents to mail it out. In the future I will find an easier way to get certification of my family
