After having purchases for airline reservations and accommodations flagged as fraudulent four times in the past 8 months on a flex travel card, I can tell you the fraud depat is out of control and set on making what ever their problems are yours. When you can use other cards with no problems for the same purchase is further proof they are out of control. It has been suggested that we not only tell them we are traveling abroad as we always do but we should do it in the US as well. They also tell you after multiple cards you should get their permission to use the card for airline reservations. The nanny state has me rethinking my use of this card even though it has the currency transaction fee waived. It is frustrating to see hours of work go awry and embarrassing whe you are told to have them reprocess the card and it still does not go through
