As the reviewer stated before, as the deadline approaches I haven't received any word from the website or office. I started over two months ago with my contacting the office and for every six emails I send I am lucky to receive, if that. They only respond when you send an email titled complaint, for others who maybe trying to get them to respond. Theres no assistance with their faulty etudes en France website, and no correspondance at all. I'm guessing maybe having customers or assisting students isn't their first priority
Horrendous website with poor translations and links that stop working randomly. I have been asking for assistance from the campusfrance contacts for two weeks and i have received NO email nor reply. I am running out of time to apply and they have done nothing. I have called, only to receive an automated service and I have gone so far as to FAX my requests. Universities don't wait around forever but apparently their website for applications doesn't care to have anyone help students nor pay them a minute of their time... ridiculous.
