The site seems deceptive. They present themself as you if are applying directly to the government and in reality it's a 3 Rd party that just charges you for filling out a document. There email account is bogus as I found out when I tried to get my money refunded.
Instead of using them you should go to USCIS.GOV to get what you need.
During my vacation in NY, I lost my Permanent Resident Green Card, I reported it to the agencies but the time to take to issue a new one was to slow. I found this service and I applied to recover it online, smooth, efficient and fast!
It is the portal with the most complete information that I have found. Informs you about all the requirements and information of the different types of processes, I would say the information is a lot more clear than the official federal website.
The site seems deceptive as it appears you are applying directly to the government and in reality it's a 3 Rd party that just charges you for filling out a document. But it's not just the money involved. All your information has been disclosed an perhaps compromised: name, address,
PH number, socialsecurity #, green card number... Basically everything it takes to create a fake identity. Very scary.
Of course they could be completely legit as a document processing service.
They could have been more upfront about it. I'm very uneasy about that a 3rd party now has all my information.
I found U. S Forms through google search. It was a good decision letting them prepare my US citizenship application. I am pleased with all the work done by this agency.
They answered all my questions and concerns, helped me prepare all the necessary documents and submitted a complete application on behalf of me. I had my residence permit well ahead of the expected time. Thank you!
Answer: It is most definitely a scam - a company that does nothing for you other than charge you close to 200$ to let you fill out a form which can already be filled out and submitted on the official USCIS website for free.
Answer: They responded, quite promptly, whoever wont tell you that you have to mail in the filled out form yourself. Its a very well hidden scam
Answer: I was careless, and thought that I was using a U.S. Government site. Use the real USCIS site - it's free, and actually works better.
