Im very happy with the oven. The delivery was supposed to arrive between 11 am and 3 pm. It was delivered at 5pm. The driver was very helpful and apologized for the delay.

This Samsung range is replacing a problematic BOSCH range. Having been frustrated by an LP gas, Convection oven & broiler, I replaced it with this dual fuel Samsung with a convertible oven. You can use it as two 1/2 ovens, or one single cavity oven. The burners get hot, unlike the BOSCH. It had trouble boiling a spaghetti pot, Forget about cooking a clambake! The broiler was weak as well. Not in the Samsung, this thing has wonderful heat, Can actually make a Wok hot enough. The oven even preheats faster than the gas oven. This was a great move on my part, as I love to cook many different things and this range can handle it very well.

Very good prices and services has been good as well. Unfortunately, the refrigerator that I ordered was damages during shipping, but the US-Appliance team (Lynn in particular) has been very easy to work with in getting the problem fixed. I will order from them again in the future.
