Good Price but more delivery choices will not make me think twice to buy from this site. If the delivery window was not so long, from 10am to 6pm, it would be easier to schedule for help, currently is very ineffective... live on a second floor and need movers on call which didn't come in after 3hrs the delivery was made. Luckily it didn't rain...

Everything arrived in good condition. Delivery time was about 3 weeks which was fine since it was clearly stated on the web site. Did pay extra for delivery in a smaller truck so it would be able to get into my service alley. Driver was nice and rolled everything into my garage. Would buy from them again.
I will have to be honest and say I haven't removed the appliances from their original packaging. We are still working on the kitchen and haven't reached the point of installing them. So far our experience has been great. Easy to purchase, great price, and timely delivery.
Refrigerator was dented the first delivery and had to send back...the 2nd delivery was also damaged!
Delivery of refrigerator only to the driveway! Would not deliver into the house! REad the small writing before ordering! I had to hire people to move this into my home. Wasn't worth the $$ saved on buying from this site - was spent on the people I had to hire to move the appliance into the house!

You saved me money on a superior product. That's the bottom line and the most important part of the deal. Thanks The washer arrived damaged but I accepted a monetary compromise. I'm am, after using this washer completely satisfied with its operation and have decided to buy Speed Queen products again and recommend to others. The shipping company is at fault for the damage. They stacked something very heavy on top of the washer causing the damage. The container box was not strong enough to safeguard my washer. Suggest this is a problem to be rectified. I'm elated with my washer but not the damage the shipping company caused. Also, it is very important to read all the words and instructions on the box itself. You can easily cut at the bottom of the box to lift the entire box off the washer and thus making it easier to ship back if necessary. One more comment to make. This washer is all metal even the underside. That is a plus when you consider varmints who can get inside to chew things up.
I was satisfied with the prices and appliances, but the curb-side ONLY delivery left something to be desired. Would have liked to have an option to pay for in-home delivery.
