Placed my order 9 days ago and they haven't shipped yet. They also charged twice, and the customer service is unhelpful.
I ordered a coat for my granddaughter for Christmas on 20th November 2021.
Delivery time was quoted 3-5 days
Kept looking at their tracking system as advised and kept sending e mails for an update on my order every week leading up to Christmas. Unfortunately as I have seen in other reviews we did not receive the item ordered and finally was informed that it went missing in transit to their couriers.
This was just before Christmas.
Asked me if I want to re-order the Coat and I asked to let me know if it was in stock and or refund me.
Never answered my question if it's in stock just informed me today 7th Jan 2022 that I will be refunded in around 5 days.
Their care for customers is non existent and looking at most reviews this is common practice. Appalled at the fact that the owners of this company are not looking at these reviews and seem not to care!
Avoid ordering anything on line as it's likely to happen to you as well.
Leider sehr inkompetent. Die Ware sieht komplett anders aus als auf dem Bild. Habe über 2 Wochen versucht jemanden über Mail zu erreichen, leider erfolglos. Auch am Telefon sehr unfreundlich und unproffessionell. Werde hier garantiert nie wieder Bestellen. Bin seit Ende Oktober damit beschäftigt etwas zurückzusenden, jetzt ist der 6. Jänner!
I ordered a bunch of items on Boxing Day and never got any receipt or tracking number. I thought it was odd but some friends told me this had happened to them in the past with no big deal, so I left it at that. It's now been over a week since Boxing Day, no update. I thought it was weird, so I contacted customer service, and they let me know my order's been cancelled for about a week now. I never received any confirmation that it was even placed, and now I'm hearing I never got any confirmation it was cancelled. Customer service, although they were helpful and nice, just told me to 'make sure I use my email this time' when I re-order my items. A majority of the stock is obviously already sold out. Very weird that I never got any of this information, and it turns out that according to Urban Outfitters, I needed a bank confirmation? This is super weird and I've never heard of anyone having this issue before anywhere really. That part was very weird and sketchy to me, and it pretty much turned me off from ordering ever again.
I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter in November, it says wont be shipped till January 1st? That's crazy. So frustrating.
Bought several items from them for Xmas presents for my kids. After several weeks stringing me along with messages about items being back ordered (but still on time for Xmas) they just cancel the orders…On the 20th December. No apologies, no attempt to substitute. Now it's too late to find replacement items. And the ONLY item they were actually able to ship is MIA despite supposedly being shipped on December 11. Thx UO, you screwed me for the last time. Hope your company goes down in flames!
Ordered 2 items and charged for 3. Automated emails with reply's. Customer service is horrible. Wouldn't order crap from this company. Save your money and order from someone else.
I purchased a coffee table from Urban Outfitters. It was beautiful -- modern wood and metal. I received the coffee table and thought "this doesn't seem worth what I paid". It was not. I could buy the same coffee table for 50% off elsewhere. Gross. Since then, I've found this site, which offers price transparency. Good work to this team. https://www.spoken.io/
I purchased two items from urban outfitters three days ago, and the customer service emailed me one item is out of stock, I want to cancel my order since they haven't dispatch yet. But they told me I can't cancel my order because it is processing. How ridiculous it is? Last minute inform the customer the item is out of stock and can't make any changes from that. They didn't update their stock in time and let only the customer knows three days after. They don't value customers, what they do just inform you what they are going to do. Really disappointed.
I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived today in packaging with Urban Outfitters written all over it. I get the need to advertise your brand but during the holidays? Could they be a little discreet? Sephora did the same thing last year and I am happy to say they listened to customers and changed their packaging. I contacted UO to mention that they should change their packaging during the holiday season. I was nice (though pissed) and they were somewhat dismissive. I wasn't looking for anything but acknowledgement. Like maybe they understood and will put it in the notes. Nope. Nothing. Just an ok. Customer service is useless. This is what she asked for however, I will be returning my daughter's gift and I will get her something else. I do not plan to shop with UO again.
Last Friday I received an email saying my items was delivered. I was home and they never rang the doorbell or even took picture. I was trying to be refunded but I never did. They don't care. The guy said - ok, you can report the local police but your item has been delivered. I'll pay for something I'll never enjoy it. They didn't give me any proof of my "DELIVERED ITEMS". I don't recommend. Also, they said I was going to be refunded. It was a JOKE
Please don't buy from this site their hoodie is made very poorly and the site over charged me and Had the audacity to say no refund after I paid $200 for a poorly made hoodie the nerve of them and urban outfitters yall use to be better now you affiliated yourself with sites that make poorly made clothing and I can't even get my refund back
Urban Outfitters is a company that does all it can to maximize profit, especially surrounding its cheap website template. They are too money-hungry to hire a dedicated dev. Team to create a website that doesn't become unresponsive every time someone clicks on an image to zoom in or click through the reviews. Whenever I use the website, it feels like I'm using an old Toshiba laptop from 2006 that's getting ddos'd.
Honestly, I haven't had any negative experience with the actual clothing I bought from this company, but just keep in mind that Urban Outfitters is fast fashion - too expensive for its own good. The website itself highlights that poor quality.

This is the only store in the ENTIRE mall that requires masks to enter.

Order a e-voucher on 10th September - debited on my account 15th September - gift voucher ONLY arrives on 23rd September - weeks after the birthday gift it was meant to be.
Can't get a human in customer services so I've wasted hours following up with bank and trying with OU - all in all a woeful experience.
All im going to say is, fix your fu*king website. Within the first two minutes of getting onto the website the page becomes unresponsive. Its literally impossible to do anything before it shuts down. Sooooo annoying. Once it gives you the option to "wait for the page to respond" even if you wait awhile, like 30 minutes, it still cant seem to be able to fix itself. Very very very frustrating.
The floral sheet set is very pretty but the qaulity is quite poor. The fabric is very rough and the colours faded after first wash.

The customer service is rude but that's ok for me as it does not belong to them. But the way it took my order to never arrived and says delivered twice after a month it just straight up trying to rip off from us. When I asked if they can refund me instead but they keep on saying wait for another 3-4 days and it happend thrice. If you can't make it on time I understand but trying to steal from us? They SUCKKKKKK try other online shopping, the material is way too better for the same price and service. They straight up do not want to give your money back even if you never recieved your item.
They are horrible at handling orders and will push back or cancel anything they can just to get more and more money from people. They don't care about quality control or satisfying customers and are very unprofessional.

Answer: Mine took a few weeks - but that was to Australia. You'll probably get it - but I hope you like it as they are terrible at getting back to you and getting a refund took me MONTHS!
Answer: Never bought from em, but they're so effin expensive like save urself the trouble and shop somewhere else like Pacsun, Brandy, even Romwe lmao.
