Every time I order from urban og I'm never disappointed. There shipping is fast their items is always as described the reps are nice and polite in helping you if you have any questions. I get a tone of complements on every shoe or item I order. I just order some beautiful heels order#******* that I'm wearing for my birthday! I highly recommend them!

The website glitches out when I look at clothes. I tried looking at tops, a bunch of shoes pop up. When I try to look at stuff on sale, it pops up with unavailable. Happens every time I go on their website.

(Order *******) I bought two pairs of shoes for a wedding coming two weeks later on 6/14/19. Five days went by and no shipment. I emailed them asking what the hold up was as I wasn't sent any email or notice regarding my order other than the fact that it was placed and obviously they took my money already. I was told it'd ship by end of day. Then about two hours later I'm sent an email stating that my items were "defective" and couldn't be shipped and that I could either arrange replacements equal to the original amount or if more, I'd have to pay the difference, or get refund. Me being foolish to think I was dealing with a legitimate company, continued with getting replacements (which was no easy task). They had one the same exact pairs I bought but over twice the price. And then I browsed and saw the other same pair, same price color, and size right on the site up for purchase. They lied. I emailed them only to get a bunch of lame excuses that made no sense. Since I was desperate for the wedding was now a week away with no other options, I ended up choosing one original pair and a new pair slightly more in price and paid a difference via PayPal. It was successfully confirmed and my order was updated along with tracking. That was two weeks ago... it's been almost three weeks since I even placed the order to begin with and still no package. I emailed them asking for a refund twice since the order is obviously never going to come, and was completely ignored.Not one response... And don't even bother calling, their number is fake. This company isn't legitimate do not buy from them they'll take your money and you'll get nothing in return.

I've been shopping with urbanog for years now and they always leave me happy. You cannot beat their prices and shoe styles. I always get compliments on my shoes!
Urbanog is underrated! I was able to purchase shoes that were out of stock online in my order # ******* for half of the price! The shipping was super fast. I ordered on a Thursday and has possession of my item by Tuesday the following week.
My foot is almost exactly 10inches from big toe to heel. I usually wear a sz 10 in Nike running shoes but sz 9 in Nike flip flops. The UrbanOG website tells me I should wear a 8 but that seems way to small! I don't want to order the wrong sz I'm wanting to place my order so bad! Can anyone message me in here and help! If u have same size foot please help.

I have ordered from urbanog.com a couple times and shipping was faster than expected ! . Love them !! And they my had size 11 shoes... order no . UOG*******. Haven't had any issues.
I recently ordered a pair of boots from this company. I chose the size based on their size chart. However, when I got them they were too small. I contacted them about returning or even exchanging. They informed me that I would not get my $9 shipping cost back, a charge of 15% would be taken out of the refund for restocking, and I would have to pay $7 to ship them back. My problem with this is that I wouldn't have ordered the wrong size had they provided the correct sizing information on their website.

Our policy does state original shipping fees are non-refundable and our return label is $7.00. If you choose to be refunded in store credit you will receive an additional $5.00. Received my order in less than a week. Only reason for my 4 star review and not a 5 star is because when I placed my order I did not receive a confirmation email which the system told me that I would. Received my tracking information the following day after my order and was able to track my order until delivered. Package received was what I ordered and I am happy with my cute shoes.
