I bought a Surrey bike from Upzy. I wanted to make sure that my family could go outdoors and do something fun during Covid. I had a million questions before ordering, and each time I would get an email response promptly. Upzy really seems to care about the customer experience, and that's rare nowadays. Thank you! Ordering from upzy is far the best online shopping experience I've ever had. I got two razor dirt bikes and they had the best prices and also their cust service was the most responsive. Love their large selection of products to choose from. My 2 boys are stoked with their gifts! Plus gives them something to do during covid. Thanks guys!

I order a scooter from them on May 14th when it arrived it was a jr not the normal size one... I bought it for my daughters birthday when the wrong size came I hurried and ordered the right size... i then on May 22nd I tried sending them and email about returning the item the person I am dealing with his name is Joe here we are July 1st and we are no closer to having this scooter returned they want $30 to ship it and to restock it that to me is ridiculous he said if you returned something to a store you would have to spend $$ on gas that was his come back seriously... in addition to it taking over 6 weeks now and I still havnt been sent the postage information or address where to send it... his last email told me I would be better off to sell it locally or give it to someone... I asked to have some of the fees waved since it has taken sooooooooo long to get it returned and he told me NO... horrible customer service I don't advise anyone using them

I bought a bike from Upzy and were really surprised that they managed to deliver it quickly (within a week) especially during a time like this. Thanks for making my little boy happy with his gift! Will come back and shop again

I've been scouring the Internet trying to find the perfect direct vent fireplace for my living room, and came across Upzy. They have a lot of stuff and models, but once you narrow it down to certain categories it was fairly easy to navigate. I had tons of questions on liners and decorative stones, but was patiently pointed in the right direction each time. Finally, got an Empire model that I'm over the moon with! My living room is now complete. Thanks Upzy for your patience in answering all my questions and for having the fireplace promptly delivered.

Upzy rocks! They are honest in dealing with their customers, and they seem to have the lowest prices out there (for go-karts anyway, since that's what I got). They prefer emailing (their email responses are fast), however if you do call them and you can't manage to reach anybody, they'll always call you back. I got an electric kart for my daughter and she loves it! Will come back again in the future

I bought 2 dirt bikes for my 2 boys this past Christmas, and Upzy shipped them promptly and they arrived in mint condition. They have been courteous and friendly the entire order process, and I know that's difficult seeing as it was the Christmas season ( i work in retail as well). Thanks for making Christmas special for my boys, we'll be coming back to purchase more things soon!

I've never bought anything as large as a go-kart online before, so was definitely wary when I was shopping around. I found Upzy as they had a big selection and also prices were pretty good. Emailed them a couple of times, before deciding on the GK110 for my kids. Couldn't have been happier with my purchase! The go-kart shipped quickly and it arrived in great condition. They also provided lift-gate services if you want to have it shipped to your house. Thanks guys

Bought a nakto camel women's bike and am so happy! Both my daughter and i use it, and it's a great way to go around town, making life a lot more convenient. There's slight hills around our area, and having a motor really helps with this. In the past i used to ride a fixie, which made riding up hills a chore. Thanks upzy for the great bike and service

Found out about upzy through a friend, who told me they had some great mopeds. Purchased a taotao atm through them, and it came beautifully! I was impressed cos they had liftgate services included in the free shipping, and so the moped came direct to my house in 6 days. No complaints, and would recommend upzy to anybody else

Bought an aog pedestal grill from upzy, and i couldn't be happier. Best prices, and free shipping to boot. We use this in our backyard within a housing complex, and it does its job and more. My daughter's a vegetarian, and we were even able to grill whole corn on the cob and asparagus on this thing. Thanks for the great product

I've owned and used Go-Ped scooters for 15 years, and am a gas scooter enthusiast. I discovered Upzy a year ago, and kept them in the back of my mind. Finally a month ago I decided to purchase the Riot, and Upzy by far had the best prices. I emailed them, and received a response within half an hour (no joke). They are friendly, professional, and assisted me with all their questions. It was obvious they've been selling Go-Peds for a while, as they're able to answer my dorky questions. I ordered, and the scooter came from California (I live in New York) in a week. Really happy with my purchase, and super happy with my Riot! Would order from Upzy again

I've been searching for a high quality lawnmower for sometime, and heard of this brand called Masport. I searched everywhere online and couldn't locate one that delivered to the USA, I only found some Australian sites. I stumbled on Upzy and saw that they had quite a Masport collection available, so placed my order. My SPV 3-in-1 mower came in 5 days and was in perfect condition and a real joy to use! Thank you for providing a high quality product that shipped for free and keeps my garden clean;-)

I bought a TAOTAO BULL 200cc ATV from them, and boy do they ship fast! Ordered on a Tues, and it came to my doorstep 2 days later on a Thurs! They shipped out from the California warehouse and I'm in Nevada, so guess that's why it arrived so quick, but boy was that awesome! I love the Bull, it looks fierce, and puts out some serious speed. Prices can't be beat too. Overall, I'm very pleased with my ATV, and can't wait to go offloading all summer!

Hello! Ordered a Belize Buddy Trike so I can go for rides with me nephew. The Trike itself was durable and high quality. The seat in the back is enough to fit 1 other adult, although you can prob squeeze in 2 kids back there. I do all the pedalin'! The orange frame suits us nicely, perfect for riding in Georgia. Hmm now if only they sold more accessories with this trike... Overall really happy with the product, and would do business with Upzy again

I researched a lot of websites when I was looking for an e-bike, from Amazon to other niche websites. I was impressed by Upzy the most as they had a user-friendly site, and ultimately the most reviews of the Nakto Camel bike that I wanted. The prices were also the best that I've seen (they had a promotion when I bought mine, so make sure to look out for that). My Nakto got delivered in 4 days (fairly fast) and I absolutely love it! It looks more expensive than it is, and the step frame is perfect for me. I take this bike out with my husband (who has a Pedego) and together we get a lot of admiring looks. Would buy the Nakto all over again. Great value, great customer service, and fast delivery. Thanks Upzy
